We welcome students of any age and ability to our classes. Not all practitioners of taekwondo want or have the ability to become Olympic athletes. However, practising taekwondo regularly produces the added benefits of improved balance, coordination, agility, mobility, flexibility and overall strength, as well as a fitter and healthier you.
